Who we are

We are a mission-driven education center built for families who believe in continued self education and raising strong, self-reliant, purpose-driven young leaders. Here, education is not about standardized tests—it’s about cultivating wisdom, service, character, and capability through Socratic discussion, physical training, hands-on experiences, real-world application and community.

Have led or mentored kids (ages 5–13+) in camps, pods, classrooms, or trades
thrive in flexible, multi-age settings and want to help build something bigger
Are organized, values-driven, and think like a builder—not just a teacher
Can lead hands-on learning, integrate tech, and adapt on the fly
Enjoy working with families and see education as a community effort

Lead a small group of young learners through hands-on projects, movement, and meaningful mentorship.
Spark real conversations around character, courage, and leadership.
Build essential skills—reading, writing, problem-solving, and practical life tools.
Collaborate with families to reinforce values and support growth beyond the classroom.
Set the tone each day—your example is the curriculum
Maintain a purposeful, well-prepared learning environment.
Adapt and personalize—meet students where they are and challenge them to rise.
Document growth through simple reflections, not tests or grades.
Contribute ideas to shape curriculum, events, and community culture.
Lead yourself first—read, train, and grow alongside the learners you guide.

✅ The Non-Negotiables

Location: In-person in Lyndhurst, NJ

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:45 AM – 3:45 PM

Attendance: Consistent attendance is necessary

Background Check: Must complete and pass a background check

Technology – Must be familiar with or willing to learn Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.) and new education technology platforms as needed.

Communication Responsiveness – Must respond to emails, texts, or calls within a reasonable timeframe

Independent Work Capacity – Must be able to manage time, prioritize tasks, and complete work with minimal supervision.

1) Intro Call – We’ll reach out to schedule a short conversation to see if we’re in the same ballpark—logistically, energetically, and mission-wise.

2) The Interview – A values-driven conversation about your story, why education matters to you, and how you show up for kids in tough moments.

3) Background check

4 )The Live Demo – You’ll lead a short, hands-on session—live or recorded—so we can see your style in action, whether with kids, parents, or a group you gather (camp, workshop, pod, etc.).

5) Meet The Families – After you're hired, you’ll connect with the families and children you’ll be educating to get to know them and begin building strong, trust-based relationships.
