Health & Fitness
At Apogee New Jersey, physical well-being is a priority with a balanced approach to health and fitness. Students regularly engage in activities that promote strength, coordination, and wellness. Free play is encouraged to support creativity and social interaction, while daily outdoor time—rain or shine—helps students connect with nature and recharge.
